All ordered items are non-returnable and final sale.

Defective items must be returned in original packaging with a receipt.
Our aim is to ensure all of our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase. Our quoted prices are valid for 30 days. All custom orders are a FINAL SALE. Should any item be cancelled after the order has been processed, it may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non Refundable 50% Deposit is required on all custom orders.
Clearance Items and floor models are sold AS IS and are final sale.
Orders not picked up within 120 Days of being received at Ocean Pacific Lighting will be returned to supplier; deposit will be forfeited.
Defective items must be returned in original packaging with receipt within 2 weeks of pick-up/delivery.
Errors and Omissions excluded, subject to delivery Terms and Credit.
