Our Showroom address is unit 101‐15292 Croydon Drive South Surrey, B.C. and our warehouse is unit 107‐15292 Croydon drive.
Do I need an appointment to come to your showroom?
Visitors are always welcome. Our showroom is open for public viewing from 9-5 M-F, no appointment necessary. For an entire house package or larger project an appointment will be required. Please contact the showroom 604-538-3511 to secure your date and time with one of our sales staff.
Are you open on the weekend?
Saturdays we are by appointment only, closed Sundays and Holidays.

Open Box Sales
Open box items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. These Items may have been previously shipped and returned or taken from the showroom. They are inspected and with the exception of packaging are considered ’as new’.
What if my item(s) comes broken or damaged?
Please fill out our Defective and Damage Claim Form.
What if I decide to Return my Purchase?
Please read Return & Cancellations. Restocking fees and shipping back to the Manufacturer will apply. Please review Specification sheets prior to ordering to avoid this situation.

Do you ship to my Country?
Currently, we do not ship outside Canada.
