THE GAVIN BLACK FLOOR LAMP IS MADE OF CAST ALUMINUM WITH A TALL, SLIM BODY DIVIDED INTO THREE SECTIONS FINISHED IN MATTE BLACK. THE TEXTURED SURFACE IS CREATED THROUGH A PROCESS CALLED KNURLING, WHICH GIVES THE LAMP A STRIKING TACTILE QUALITY. SLIGHTLY INDENTED BANDS IN AN ANTIQUE BRASS FINISH SEPARATE THE SECTIONS AND TIE IN WITH THE ROUND BRASS BASE, ADDING CONTRAST AND REFINEMENT TO THE DESIGN.
